Problem
Today's airport passengers face a myriad of choices at every step of their journey—from finding parking to navigating security checkpoints and choosing how to spend their time before boarding.
Each of these interaction points represents an opportunity to craft a tailored experience that not only meets the needs of travelers but also generates additional revenue for the airport.
Design Process
Over four weeks, we conducted in-depth research on construction challenges, followed by six weeks focused on creating innovative, tech-driven solutions. In the final ten weeks, we developed and rigorously tested the Argus app and Smart AR visor, aimed at enhancing communication, hazard detection, and safety on job sites.
