Problem
Today's airport passengers face a myriad of choices at every step of their journey—from finding parking to navigating security checkpoints and choosing how to spend their time before boarding.
Each of these interaction points represents an opportunity to craft a tailored experience that not only meets the needs of travelers but also generates additional revenue for the airport.

However, the current journey remains fragmented and disconnected, often requiring passengers to navigate multiple apps or websites. This disjointed experience leaves airports with limited knowledge about the travelers passing through, missing out on opportunities to enhance the overall experience and optimize operations.
Designed a white label application with connected data infrastructure to facilitate comprehensive travel planning and transactions, tailored for use by LAX Airport initially, with potential expansion to other airports.
This application revolutionizes an end to end traveler experience by integrating various services through APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange for enhanced user satisfaction.
Our value proposition focuses on personalization, experience, and information. We prioritize tailoring the journey to meet airport users' needs, creating an immersive experience that makes the airport a desirable destination, and ensuring passengers are well-informed, never lost, and at ease.

OUR APPROACH
User-Centric Research Approach
Our first step was to deeply understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of airport travelers. Through a combination of surveys, ethnographic studies, and interviews, we gathered data from a diverse pool of users of over 1600+ insights.
Data-Driven Design Strategies
Our designs were driven by data insights, facilitating clear communication with stakeholders and integration of AI trends and AR Technology for enhanced user experience.
Iterative Design and crafting inclusive solution
We conducted extensive usability testing with over 40 users to validate our design solutions, enabled us to gather feedback early and often, refining our prototypes based on real user interactions and feedback. By involving users and client throughout the design process, we ensured that the final product was intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with user expectations.
